igloohome makes smart locks, padlocks, key boxes and mortise locks for homes, short-term rentals and businesses. Its algoPIN technology generates time-limited PIN codes in the cloud that the lock verifies offline, so locks need no Wi-Fi or hub, with Bluetooth and optional bridges for remote control. The company integrates with Airbnb and property management software and sells in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.
Focus: smart locks, offline access codes.
