Help customers design connected products on an integrated platform, from radio selection to cloud integration. You will translate business requirements into device, connectivity and data architectures, and stay involved through pilot and scale-up.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customers building on cellular and Wi-Fi hardware.
- Design end-to-end architectures covering device management, OTA updates and data pipelines.
- Write reference designs and guide customers out of pilot purgatory.
Requirements
- Experience shipping IoT products at fleet scale.
- Working knowledge of MQTT, REST APIs and at least one major cloud.
- Clear writing and the ability to explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
