Qorvo makes radio frequency front-end components, power management chips and connectivity silicon. Its ultra-wideband transceivers and modules, inherited from Decawave, provide centimetre-level ranging for access control, asset tracking and automotive keys, while the QPG series of Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth Low Energy and Matter chips from the former GreenPeak serves smart home devices. Qorvo was formed in 2015 from the merger of RF Micro Devices and TriQuint.
