Nofence makes solar-charged GPS collars for cattle, sheep and goats that keep animals inside a boundary the farmer draws in a mobile app. The collar plays an audio warning as the animal approaches the virtual fence and delivers a mild electric pulse if it continues, while reporting position and activity over cellular networks. The system is used for rotational grazing and conservation grazing in Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries.
Focus: virtual fencing, livestock collars.
